Holland & Hart Adds Howe as Environmental Litigation Partner

Janet Howe joined Holland & Hart as a partner in its environmental litigation practice in Phoenix, the firm announced Thursday.

Howe represents clients in environmental litigation involving Clean Water Act permits, CERCLA and superfund matters, National Environmental Policy Act disputes, federal and state mining permit disputes, water rights adjudications, and environmental compliance matters. She advises mining companies, renewable energy developers, irrigation districts, and municipalities on multilayered legal and regulatory issues, the firm said.

She joins from Perkins Coie. Benjamin Longbottom also joined as an associate.
