Holland & Hart Adds Denver Litigation Partners Reagan, Varholak

Melissa Kerin Reagan and Katie Varholak have joined the Denver office of Holland & Hart as partners in its commercial litigation practice, the firm said Tuesday.

Reagan counsels telecom and wireless services providers through federal, state, and local regulatory hurdles to deploy new technologies, expand services, and maintain existing networks, and also provides outside general counsel services to mid-market companies, according to the firm.
