Allison Pofit Altaras joined Holland & Hart as a partner in the land use and real estate development practice in Denver, the firm announced Thursday.
Pofit Altaras represents developers, investors, and landowners buying, selling, financing, entitling, developing, or redeveloping projects in Colorado and throughout the Mountain West, the firm said.
She also handles the financing and development of horizontal infrastructure and utilities, the firm said.
