Hogan Lovells Taps Edward So as Derivatives Partner in New York

Edward So joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in its corporate and finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.

So focuses on derivatives transactions across asset classes, including fixed income, rates, equity, credit, commodity, and FX products. He advises on structuring, negotiation, and documentation of derivatives for financing, capital raising, investment, and agency trading. So also counsels clients on futures, OTC clearing, and prime brokerage documentation, as well as related regulatory issues, the firm said.
