Hogan Lovells hired Conor Larkin as a partner in its mergers & acquisitions practice in Philadelphia and Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Larkin represents public and private companies and private equity firms with a particular focus on life sciences, energy, and adjacent sectors. His life sciences practice includes structuring and negotiating royalty monetization transactions, on behalf of investors, life sciences companies, and other royalty holders, the firm said.
He joins from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
