Jay Singer joined Hogan Lovells as a tax partner in its corporate and finance practice group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.
Singer advises clients on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, with a focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, tax-free spin-offs, and internal restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from A&O Shearman.
