Hogan Lovells Hires Mesut Korkmaz as M&A Partner in Germany

Mesut Korkmaz joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice in Düsseldorf, Germany, the firm announced Friday.

Mesut’s practice covers large and complex private and public M&A transactions for financial sponsors, investors and corporate clients, core corporate advisory matters, corporate restructurings, capital markets, and shareholder activism, the firm said.

She joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
