James Davidson joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in its capital markets and REIT practices in Washington and Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Davidson advises clients on REIT transactions, corporate governance, and securities market regulation. He represents clients in both US and international capital markets matters, the firm said.
He joins from Hunton Andrews Kurth.
