Hogan Lovells Grabs Four Litigation Partners From Kramer Levin

Gary Orseck, William Trunk, Jennifer Windom, and Matthew Madden joined Hogan Lovells as litigation partners in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Orseck represents clients in federal securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He defends national public health-care companies, hedge funds, banks, and public accounting firms in civil cases and enforcement proceedings, the firm said.

Trunk represents corporations, financial institutions, and hedge funds in complex commercial litigation. He handles cases in federal and state courts, argues appeals in US Circuit Courts of Appeal, and represents parties ...
