Hogan Lovells Amsterdam Office Appoints New Managing Partner

Victor de Vlaam has been appointed to office managing partner for Hogan Lovells’ Amsterdam operations, the firm said Monday.

De Vlaam, who succeeds Manon Cordewener, serves as the head of the firm’s corporate and M&A and private equity group in the Netherlands, according to Hogan Lovells.

He advises large and medium-sized clients in the financial institutions, insurance, technology, and life sciences sectors on M&A and private equity transactions, said the firm.
