Íñigo Berrícano and Alex Parkhouse joined Hogan Lovells in its capital markets practice in Madrid and London, respectively, the firm announced Thursday.
Berrícano focuses his practice on equity related work, including capital raising, rights issues, and IPOs, the firm said. He advises on debt restructuring, corporate governance, and public mergers and acquisitions.
Parkhouse’s practice encompasses the full range of capital markets and public M&A transactions as well as public company advice, the firm said. He advises US-listed issuers based outside the country on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance and disclosure matters.
