Hogan Lovells Adds Private Equity Partner to Corporate Practice

Private equity partner Parikshit Dasgupta has joined Hogan Lovells in the corporate and finance practice group in New York.

Dasgupta joins the firm from Reed Smith, where he was a partner. His practice focuses on the establishment, management, and regulation of private investment funds.

Dasgupta advises on spin-outs, establishment of new asset management businesses, seeding arrangements, and joint ventures. He is the third partner to join that practice group in the U.S. in 2022.

He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Pune, Symbiosis Society’s Law College.
