Hogan Lovells Adds Corporate, Finance Partner Briggs in New York

Rupa Briggs has joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the corporate and finance practice in the New York office, the firm said Monday.

Briggs, who previously served at Cooley, joins the capital markets practice area, according to Hogan Lovells.

She represents clients across the technology, life sciences, insurance, and consumer products sectors in initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, rights offerings, and special purpose acquisition companies, said the firm.
