Michael Bonsignore has joined Hogan Lovells as a partner in the infrastructure, energy, resources, and projects practice area in Washington, the firm said Monday.
Bonsignore’s experience includes a range of corporate, M&A, and project development work, specifically in the energy and infrastructure sectors, according to Hogan Lovells. He represents US and international sponsors, investors, financing parties, and developers.
He joins from Clifford Chance.
