Hogan Adds Corporate Insurance Partner Edward Steward in London

Edward Steward has joined Hogan Lovells as a corporate insurance partner in London, the firm said Thursday.

Steward, who joins the firm’s corporate and finance practice, represents clients across a broad range of work, including M&A, renewal rights, insurance and reinsurance arrangements, as well as de-risking and Lloyd’s of London deals, according to Hogan.

Steward joins from Slaughter and May, where he was a senior counsel.
