Robert Powell joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in its commercial transactions group in Miami, the firm announced.
Powell brings more than two decades of experience as senior in-house counsel working for public and private companies in the manufacturing, consumer products, energy, food, and hospitality industries. He advises companies on strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing matters, restructurings, commercial contracts, licensing and marketing agreements, and corporate matters and regulatory compliance issues, the firm said.
He previously was at Lobera Partners, according to his LinkedIn profile.
