Colleen Jarrott has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in the New Orleans office, the firm said Thursday.
Jarrott represents companies in the oil and gas and transportation industries in commercial litigation, transactional matters, commercial contracts, and regulatory issues, according to Hinshaw.
She joins from Baker Donelson, said the firm.
