Jennifer Driscoll joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in its healthcare group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Driscoll brings antitrust litigation and counseling matters for domestic and foreign companies across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retail industries. She represents companies in internal and government investigations related to the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the firm said.
She joins from Robinson + Cole.
