S. Sherry Xia has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in its consumer financial services practice in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Xia served as vice president and assistant general counsel at First Republic Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase, according to Hinshaw & Culbertson.
She represents financial services institutions in private mediation and litigation matters in state and federal courts, said the firm.
