John Nader has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in the consumer financial services practice group in the newly announced Washington office, the law firm said Monday.
Nader, who was with McGlinchey Stafford, represents financial institutions, mortgage companies, and servicers in arbitrations, disputes, and class action defense in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, according to Hinshaw. He was also previously chief legal counsel for an SBA 8(a) general contractor.
Hinshaw’s new office in Washington is its 23rd in the U.S.
