Hinshaw Adds Pratt to Commercial Transactions Team in Minnesota

Andrew Pratt has joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as a partner in the commercial transactions practice group in Minneapolis, Minn., the law firm announced Tuesday.

Pratt focuses on real estate financing and development, specializing in affordable and senior housing, healthcare, education, and transportation projects, according to the firm.

He has also served as a director at RBC Capital Markets and as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. G. Barry Anderson and Christopher J. Dietzen in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Hinshaw said.
