Stephen Masley and Margaret Cascino have joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as partners with the consumer financial services team in Dallas and New Jersey respectively, the firm said Wednesday.
Masley has experience representing mortgage servicers, credit card issuers, and auto lenders in litigation matters in both state and federal courts, according to Hinshaw & Culbertson.
Cascino defends clients against claims related to the FCRA, Truth in Lending Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, said the firm.
