Hinshaw Adds Four Partners to Financial Services Group in NJ

Marissa Edwards, Fred Hoensch, Robert Pollock, and Diane Ragosa joined Hinshaw & Culbertson as partners in its consumer financial services practice group in Iselin, NJ, the firm announced Wednesday.

Edwards advises financial institutions on state and federal consumer protection laws, including RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, and the Uniform Commercial Code. She also works on government investigations and enforcement actions, the firm said.

Hoensch advises national financial institutions on commercial and business litigation matters in federal and state courts, involving consumer protection laws. He defends clients in class action litigation and represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
