Milton Springut joined Herrick as a partner in its intellectual property practice, the firm announced Thursday. Caroline Boehm also joined as counsel.
Springut litigates patent, trade secret, and other IP disputes. He represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies on technologies such as computer processors, mobile payments, e-commerce, and medical devices, the firm said.
They join from Moses & Singer.
