Robert D. Gordon has joined Herrick Feinstein in the restructuring and finance litigation department, the firm said Tuesday.
Gordon advises companies, creditors, directors, and other stakeholders in complex corporate and public sector restructurings, according to Herrick Feinstein.
He joins from Jenner & Block.
