Healthcare Associates of Texas LLC failed to show a federal court erred in concluding it owes an ordered $16.5 million for False Claims Act violations over improperly billing Medicare.
Healthcare Associates, which sought a new trial or to have the judgment set aside as a matter of law, didn’t demonstrate that the jury heard improper instructions or that the district judge wrongly admitted expert evidence, Chief Judge David C.
