Haynes Boone Taps Michele Navazio as Derivatives Group Co-Chair

Michele Navazio joined Haynes Boone as co-chair of its derivatives practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Navazio represents hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, mutual funds, institutional investors, and corporate end-users in complex transactions. His practice focuses on structuring, documenting, and negotiating over-the-counter derivative instruments, structured products, and repo facilities, including complex derivatives like credit default swaps and total return swaps, the firm said.

He joins from Seward & Kissel.
