Victor Vital rejoined Haynes Boone as the global chair of the trials practice group, the firm announced Monday.
Vital will lead the firm’s litigation in commercial disputes, energy, white-collar crime, insurance recovery, labor and employment, and appeals, Haynes Boone said. He was previously a partner at the firm.
He joins from Barnes & Thornburg.
