Haynes Boone Recruits Martin Florman as Partner in Orange County

Martin Florman has joined Haynes and Boone as an M&A, venture capital, and corporate partner in the Orange County, Calif., office, the firm said Monday.

Martin, who served as managing shareholder of Buchalter’s Orange County office, focuses on general corporate matters, finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring matters, and intellectual property transactional matters, according to Haynes Boone.

He represents global, middle market, and emerging growth companies, Haynes Boone said. His clients include health care companies, music and technology companies, and insurance agencies and brokers.
