Peter A. Halprin has joined Haynes and Boone as an insurance recovery partner in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Halprin, who joins from Pasich LLP, has arbitrated, litigated, and mediated claims involving insurance policies, according to Haynes and Boone.
He has experience with high-value claims related to issues like business interruption, cybersecurity, and wrongful death suits. His clients include those in the
financial services, government, healthcare, and private equity sectors, said the firm.
He served as deputy co-chair of the cyber insurance recovery practice at Anderson Kill.
