Paul Lewis and Brett Walker joined Haynes Boone as a partner and counsel respectively in its litigation practice in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lewis is a first-chair trial and appellate litigator who focuses on complex commercial disputes and represents clients across technology, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services industries, according to the firm. Walker represents large corporate entities and government agencies in civil actions and served as chief of litigation for a major city, general counsel for a state agency, and as a Superior Court prosecutor.
They join from DLA Piper.
