Ben Herd joined Haynes and Boone as a real estate partner in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
His national practice involves representing lenders in commercial mortgaged-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, and similar structured programs, the firm said. He advises Wall Street firms on large commercial real estate projects and provides guidance on transaction structures and strategies.
He joins from Holland & Knight.
