Haynes Boone Grabs Janice Davis as M&A Partner From Morgan Lewis

Janice Davis joined Haynes Boone as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice group in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Davis guides private and public companies, family offices, and private equity sponsors through M&A transactions across industries. She advises clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, corporate governance, joint ventures, restructuring, and other corporate transactions, the firm said.

She joins from Morgan Lewis.
