Alla Digilova has joined Haynes and Boone as a partner on the capital markets and securities practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.
Digilova focuses on advising issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and private placements of securities, according to Haynes and Boone.
She served as a partner in the capital markets practice at Kirkland & Ellis.
