Kelsey Schmidt has joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in the Denver office, the firm said Monday.
Schmidt’s practice covers issues within the workplace, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, hiring, handbooks, absences, terminations, and union avoidance, according to Haynes and Boone.
She joins from Fox Rothschild.
