Haynes Boone has opened a Boston office, expanding its reach into the New England legal market, the firm announced Monday.
Richard Kerr, who joined the firm as partner in November 2025 after more than a decade at K&L Gates, is managing the new office focused on investment management regulatory matters, complex business litigation, and asset securitization.
The latest announcement comes as the firm has grown its New York office’s headcount by 35% in 2025 to include a dozen lateral partners and plans to expand at 30 Rockefeller Plaza in Manhattan. The firm also relocated to a larger office in Washington, ...
