Moni Sarmadi rejoined Haynes Boone as a partner in its real estate finance practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Sarmadi’s practice focuses on structuring and originating complex real estate loans, particularly for fund and bank clients. He works on commercial real estate lending and mortgage and mezzanine financings for institutional lenders, the firm said.
He joins from Goldman Sachs, where he was a vice president on the real estate investment team.
