Michael Mulligan has joined Haynes and Boone as an insolvency partner in London, the firm said Monday.
Mulligan, who joins the restructuring practice group and litigation department, has experience with corporate recovery, bankruptcy, fraud, asset recovery, and enforcement, according to Haynes Boone.
He practiced at Kingsley Napley.
