Haynes and Boone Recruits Ed Ivey as Finance Group Partner

Ed Ivey joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in its finance group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Tuesday.

Ivey represents swap dealers, traders, and liquidity providers in digital and crypto asset markets, the firm said. His practice focuses on regulatory and transactional matters across the futures, swaps, and derivatives industry. He advises clients on various types of debt and equity capital market activities for financial institutions ranging from Wall Street banks to community banks.

He joins from Moore & Van Allen.
