David Hengstler has joined Haynes and Boone as a partner in the real estate practice group in the Orange County, Calif., office, the firm said Thursday.
Hengstler, who joins from Sheppard Mullin, concentrates his practice on structuring, planning, and documentation on behalf of lender clients, according to Haynes and Boone.
He has particular expertise with secured and unsecured credit facilities, inventory and equipment financing transactions, and asset-based lending facilities, the firm said.
