Joe Sarcinella has joined Haynes and Boone as a transactional partner in the New York City office, the firm said Wednesday.
Sarcinella, who served as chair of the real estate practice group at Reed Smith, practices in cross-border real estate finance, structured finance, and consortium lending, according to Haynes and Boone.
He also has experience with loan workouts, restructurings, and foreclosures, said the firm.
