Haynes and Boone Adds Corporate Partner Tobin in Orange County

Paul Tobin has joined Haynes and Boone as a corporate partner in Orange County, Calif., the firm said Monday.

Tobin represents companies, providing advice from initial organization and corporate governance to later stage transactions, according to Haynes and Boone.

He was part of the corporate practice group at Buchalter Nemer, Haynes and Boone said.
