Michael S. Harrington has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the corporate practice group in Philadelphia, Penn., the firm said Tuesday.
Harrington concentrates on corporate matters, including securities, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, taxation and technology law, according to Duane Morris. He represents early and growth-stage companies in the life sciences, technology, health care, and clean tech sectors.
He previously practiced at Fox Rothschild as a partner.
