Solomon Pantuch rejoined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the environmental and toxic tort, health-care, commercial litigation, and insurance practice groups in Walnut Creek, Calif., the firm announced Wednesday.
Pantuck focuses his practice on civil litigation matters and works with clients in litigating complex, high-exposure cases involving product liability, personal injury, and commercial disputes, the firm said.
He also has counsels and defends insurer clients on matters involving bad faith litigation, denial of benefits, and the application of insurance policies per state and federal guidelines, the firm said.
