Renée Fischer joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in its banking and finance practice group in New York and Westchester, Pa., the firm announced Wednesday.
Fischer represents banks and financial institutions in subscription and NAV-based financing transactions, the firm said. She also handles hedge fund structures such as fund of hedge funds, master/feeder and single-manager leverage, as well as management fee lines, secondaries financing, and hybrid transactions.
