GRSM Recruits Millicent Sims Meroney as Employment Partner

Millicent Sims Meroney joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in its employment practice in Sacramento, Calif., the firm announced Wednesday.

Meroney defends companies in employment law litigation and represents employers of all sizes in multiple industries, with a focus on venture-backed technology companies at all stages of development, the firm said. She works with claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements, as well as breach of the duty of loyalty.
