GRSM Recruits Curtis Smolar as Commercial Litigation Partner

Curtis Smolar joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in its commercial litigation practice group in the Bay Area, the firm announced Tuesday.

Smolar represents companies throughout the corporate life cycle, from pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.

He also works with venture capitalists, private equity investors, and investment banks involved in private and public stock offerings.
