Collin Schwartz joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in New York and Miami, the firm announced Tuesday.
Schwartz advises companies on internal corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. He guides businesses through complex legal, compliance, and regulatory challenges, working with clients ranging from large banks to fintech startups, the firm said.
