Collin Schwartz joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a financial services partner in New York and Miami, the firm announced Thursday.
Schwartz advises companies of all sizes on internal corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
He also represents prominent real estate developers in New York.
