Evan Carr joined Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in its commercial litigation, appellate and trial practices in Indianapolis, the firm announced Tuesday.
Carr represents clients in complex business and commercial disputes across a wide range of industries. His practice spans breach of contract and related business tort matters involving manufacturing and supply chain issues, enforcement and counseling on restrictive covenants, commercial real estate transactions, insurance coverage and indemnification disputes, financial services litigation, local government revenue sharing and economic development matters, higher education and accreditation issues, and business ownership and corporate governance disputes, the firm said.
